Hello cruisers! I've heard about special perks associated with having Celebrity Elite status. What are the perks only given to Elite members that first-timers (such as myself) aren't privy to?

There are three levels of Captains club member - depending on the number of Celebrity cruise credits you have.

Here is a listing of the membership levels and perks:

As others will no doubt tell you as well, the only perk that is of any value to most of us, is the last one. Celebrity perks are nowhere near as good as Royal

Celebrity Elite members are invited to "Elegant" Tea, Wine Tasting, back stage tours, Galley tours and even Bridge tours when available. All enjoyable. Happy cruising, friends.:D

We did 10n nt Jan 3rd on the Connie, only thing we got was

a red rose!!!!!!!

even the horrible chocs have gone.

 

For perks Rccl are far far better.

 

For me Celebrity are no longer the best !!

That is not a standard Elite perk - it is at the captain's discretion and also depends on how many elite are onboard.

Truth is, the upgraded status is useless in terms of deals and amenities.

The best perk for me is access to the Hostess. She picks who has dinner with the Captain. We have been asked 3 times on Celebrity to dine with the Captain and it's solely because we got to know her through the extra events offered to Elite members.
