Sapphire Questions: Karaoke & Champagne?

Sailing on Sapphire April 25 Mexican Riviera cruise and I have just a couple of unrelated questions:

 

1) Is there a karaoke lounge on Sapphire Princess? Or is there karaoke in various lounges on the ship? I'm traveling with 2 big karaoke fans!

2) Is there a champagne bar or a particular lounge with a good selection of sparkling wine by the glass? What is the approximate price?

Club Fusion is where Karaoke is usually held.

Asti Spumanti is my choice at $27.

For the most part they replaced regular karaoke with the pop star competition. I was really disappointed because I enjoy listening to people doing their rendition of their favorite and not so favorite songs. In Club Fusion they one night of 'Crazy Karaoke'.
