Concierge on Serenade

Has anyone recently traveled on the Serenade and stayed in a suite? I was wondering who the concierge was and if they contacted you at all before your cruise?

When we sailed on Liberty last year the concierge did contact us so we were ablr to make requests such as "no feather pillows" etc.
