Solstice Stateroom Messages

We are traveling next week on the Solstice. We have 4 adjacent cabins. On past cruises we have always just left notes on friends doors to let them know our plans throughout the day. Is there any setup on Solstice to send text messages to another cabin via the TV if we don't want to phone their cabin (like if it's early in the morning)?

I think you can send a voice mail without actually calling. unless you have an internet account, I don't think you can send messages via the TV
