No there is not, but there is a free shuttle service to the downtown area. If you are staying at the Queen Mary you will be fine.

We have stayed at the coast long beach and on the queen mary & always take the free shuttle (the passporter) & always head into town the night before for dinner & trips to pick up liquor, etc.
