Balcony Petitions

New to cruise critic...love the site.

I had booked the LOS for Sept. for family cruise. My wife, our son, his wife and twin grandsons, balcony connect with oceanview, deck 9 below the bridge. Daughter-in-law is now expecting in November...moving cruise date to May....too late for same room, same price.

Rather than connecting rooms, can I remove the petition on the balcony to connect?

Which LOS, Liberty of the Seas or Legend of the Seas? The dividers can be opened on Liberty of the Seas but not on Legend of the Seas.

You could petition to open the partition!

I do know the difference between partitions and petitions, sometimes my fingers go faster than my mind and sometimes my mind just stops!!!
