Sign and Sail account, change CC being used?

HI all,

My sister reserved for her sons and used her CC for their sign and sail cards, just to get the process completed. So if my nephew wants to go in and put his own credit card on record instead of hers, can he do that? I looked but do not see a option where he can edit that since she put her info on it.

I know he can do it when we embark but he was hoping to do beforehand.

Does anyone know how to do this on the website or if you can?

Just tell the agent at check-in that you would like to use a different card....no problem except that it does slow the check-in proceedure down.

I had to do this too but not sure I can remember the details - I think she will need to update her account first to release the relationship between her account and your nephew's account. Then he should be able to update his account with his credit card - I hope this helps - it's been several months since I did mine so give it a try or better yet, just call Carnival & they can assist over the phone.
