Has anyone else encounteed this when trying to check in on-line?

I did once when I tried to update within 3 days of the cruise but not any other time. I think that you have to make all changes before 3 days of the cruise date but I cannot be sure.

Yes, I have. Many times for many cruises. I have had to call the Captain's Club to update what the system "didn't want to take".

 

Software issues. Just call and have them input it...easier.

I've noticed a number of times that when I entered, and then for some reason it either get kicked me out or I just left, and then tried to reenter, I couldn't get back in. I think the warning was different, something about updating. But after a while, I could get back in.

 

I have a back-to-back, and 'My Reservations' won't let me enter and modify my info. It tells me since the cruises are back-to-back, I need to call the Celebrity Reservation Desk.

 

But I can work around that by not using 'My Reservations' and using the 'Manage Your Reservations' which is usually at the bottom of the screen, and then inputting my Reservation # and other info. I can then get in and update my Profile and so on.
