BroncosFan2010 Posted March 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2009 Are there any Veranda cabins to avoid on this ship? DH and I are thinking of just booking a Veranda GTY cabin, but want to be aware of the worst case scenario. Any experience, photos, or regrets? alcpa1 Posted March 19, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 19, 2009 We've been on the Millie, Connie and Summit and since we prefer aft cabins to avoid motion we choose a specific cabin. With a guarantee you may end up forward. That would be my only concern. The ship is quite nice and I think it is going in for dry dock this spring which will only make it better. I hope you have a wonderful cruise.

I have been in a forward cabin on a Radiance Class ship of RCCL, and the motion does not bother me at all. I am thinking that any Veranda cabin is going to be fine, especially if it means saving enough $$$ to go on that expensive Whale Watching excursion I want to do! :D I just don't want to end up with an awful balcony or something like that. Anyone else have a cabin to avoid? Or does everyone think that I will be okay with whatever GTY I may get assigned?
