Never recieved photos from Mayfield Falls

We visited Mayfield Falls (with Trevor Hudlin tours) on March 4th, and had a wonderful time climbing the falls! The photographer went with us most of the way (she was great!), so we didn't bother taking many pictures of our own. When we were finished with the hike, we bought the photographs ($30/30 photos). They were having problems with their laptop, and told us they would email them to us. I have yet to receive them, and am starting to get worried that these precious memories may be lost forever!

 

I was wondering if anyone had contact information for the people who offer this service at Mayfield falls, or personal experience with actually receiving their photos by email? Thank you so much for your help!
