Gem Concierge and Butlers

We are sailing the Gem on 3/28 in a port AB Penthouse (forward), and wondered if anyone has recently experienced the Concierge and Butler service in that area. If so, what is your assessment of the service you received? All comments will be appreciated.

No experience with the butlers, but Alex Forbes will be our concierge -- he is absolutely wonderful!

AB penthouse--fabulous. Concierge Alex Forbes--fabulous. We had two different butlers in January and February--both very good. You are going to have a wonderful cruise!! No worries...room stewards also terrific both times. You may want to give big tips, so be prepared!!
