Bacab Eco Park Kayak or Bannister Island??

Hi! We are trying to decide which one is best! We are a family of 3 with a 12 yo ds! We had decided on the Bannister Island Beach Break through Carnival, but heard this was cancelled!:( Now we are trying to decide if we should try the Bacab Eco Park Kayak through Carnival or try the Bannister Island with Manatees through Coral Breeze! We leave in 24 days, so trying to make up our mind soon!:eek: Thanks for any input! :D
