Ketchikan and Skagway

I saw on the days we are in these ports there will be 3 ships in Ketchikan and 4 in Skagway. How crowded is this going to make these towns. Ketchikan in paticular looks really small. Will you be able to shop and eat in a restaurant or will you be fighting a crowd all day.

The further you get from the docks the less crowded it is except at "must-sees" such as Creek Street at Ketchikan. And I suppose we all have different ideas of what "crowded" means - 6 cars in a row is a traffic jam to me! :D
