Does Palm beach have a boardwalk? What beach area do we want?

We will be in Aruba in April. What we would really like is to go sailing for an hour or so, (no snorkeling, just sailing) then be dropped off at a beach where we can rent chairs and an umbella, or just chairs if there's shade. A place that has restrooms/bars/food. A place where we can stroll the beach and rent floats. I've not read anywhere where we can just sail, so if that's not possible, we would really appreciate suggestions for a great beach. If we take a cab or bus, what PART of the beach should we be dropped off? I'm sure Palm Beach is long so do we just ask to be dropped off at the middle or does that middle have a name? Thanks for any information.

Palm Beach has a concrete boardwalk which runs along the beachside of all of the resorts with the exception of the Marriott and their two vacation Club timeshares.

There is info in this thread Day Pass info regarding a day pass at the Radisson. Otherwise there are vendors at the south end of their beach who rent chaises and umbrellas. Food and beverage outlets will surround you and there is a restroom at the Radisson.
