Manhattan. Usually Pier 88, but not 100% of the time. It will be obvious when you get there.

The Gem sails out of the Manhatten terminal. When you arrive, there will be guards posted at the entrance directing traffic. Expect a madhouse if there are several ships in port. Just tell the guards which ship you are sailing on and they will direct you to the proper pier.
