Antigua 10-5

Was very excited to have booked Eli's Eco Tour a few months ago and royal caribbean changed the port times so we'll have to cancel. Looking for something else to do that isn't just going to a beach or a drive around the island. Hoping for something more active. I had thrown out all my research notes for Antigua once I booked Eli's, and now I'm a little overwhelmed to go back through and read everything again. I started to look at some boat tours, but they don't seem to be running on Monday's which is the day we are in port. They may be already contracted with the cruise ship, and since I'm a little pissed at RCI for their last minute sneaky change (how would we ever find out anything without cruise critic), I don't want to book anything with them. Anybody got any suggestions? Really bummed about having to cancel Eli's. Was really looking forward to it based on the great reviews on CC.
