Cab to Miami

We are thinking of taking a cruise out of Miami but we will be flying into Fort Lauderdale,Can anyone tell me if they know how much the cab is from there to the pier?

I'll also be using SAS transportation.

Cabs are expensive--around $80 or so...check out some private transportation companies.

after reading mostly good reports on this board, I am also planning on using that company from Fll to POM.

From your experience: did you have to prepay your reservation with credit / debit card or did you just make the reservation and made the payment when you use the service ? Also, did it take long to 'get' the other people that are sharing the ride ? and how many were there ?

You just make the reservation from the website and pay when you get dropped off.

thank you. Did you use that service (sas) and did it take long to 'get' the other passengers that share the ride with you ? Was it a small or a large vehicle / van ?
