Best Night for Speciality Restaurant on Liberty

Doing the Western itin. on the Liberty of the seas in May. Does anyone know which is a good night to book Chops?

I would choose a sea day--on port days, you tend to be really tired, and it's a shame to not fully enjoy the experience!

Just know that sea days are usually formal nights, so if you enjoy formal nights in the dining room, you may want to keep that in mind. Maybe you could find someone who has a recent Compass?

Definitely not doing them on a sea day since first sea day is formal night we do that in the dining room and last sea day is the final day before coming home. I was just wondering if there was a particular theme night which the menu is not spectacular, I know on the other ships we usually skip caribbean night and do the speciality restaurants then.
