Airline fees

We will be flying American Airlines from NY to London in August. I know AA, and most other airlines, have impossed fees for luggage, @ $15 for first bag and $25 for all others. Is this in effect for overseas flights also??. Some one, who is flying AA to Venezuala, said these fees are not in effect for international flights. Is this so, and are there ANY fees for luggage on international flights??

On AA transatlantic flights you're allowed to check in 2 bags each weighing up to 23kgs.

 

You'll only pay if the bags weigh between 23-32kgs, then there's a charge of $50 per bag.
