Getting money/chips in the casino

It's probably been asked before, but can you still put money on your cruise card in the casino for free? I heard Princess was now charging a 3% fee to get chips/money in the casino (not an ATM, just going to the casino window and say, buying some chips or getting some rolls of quarters)...want to make sure that is still not the case with Celebrity.

As of a March 2004 cruise, there is no charge to do this. You can charge up to $2,000 per day on your cruise card in the casino. You can receive it in either cash or in chips.
