help cabin change

hi i book a cruise with a ta from here for best price in catogory AC mini suite w/balcony had cabin d622 this afternoon and now i have catogory AF mini-suite w/o balcony. ship is the coral--- i called princess to see what the deal is and she told me to get intouch with my TA because this is what he booked----- but not what i asked for or was quoted. I left him an e-mail hope he fixes it. :confused::confused:

If you booked thru a TA, you must deal with him/her. There is no eason you should go from a AC to an AF mini.

That's probably the major disadvantage of booking with a TA. If something goes awry you cannot fix it yourself. The cruise line, per their contracts, will only deal with your TA once you've booked through a TA.

 

If you have the TA's phone number, then back up your email with a phone call. Something has gone seriously wrong here and the sooner it is fixed, the better, especially if you have booked the higher class of cabin.
