Southeast Airlines- Out of business

Don't know if anyone booked on this airline, they are now out of business. They have a message on their website that they have landed and ceased operation. You should contact your cc company for a refund.

Yep, we got boned by Southeast. In August we booked their $99 ea way fares from Allentown, PA to FLL for February. Our TA used their own cc for the reservations and is pursuing their cc company to get a charge back. TA said if they get the funds back then we will.

Fortunately (?) we now have Southwest booked for R/T out of Phila for about $275 per person.

The air fares out of the northeast to FL are outrageous. USAir wanted over $600 per pers and Delta wanted over $800 per pers for anything other than really really bad connections/times.

I think that USAir is a bad gamble anyway.

We're hoping that the charge back works.
