Can you buy it by the ship dock going on an all day tour no time for Phillipsburg. And how do you bring it home in light of the air restrictions?

It should be available at the Cruise Facility, but for getting it home, it will hae to go in your checked luggage.

We are working on the same dilema. I will let you know if we get any other info. They used to ship it, but not any more.

There are at least 2 booth vendors that sell guavaberry liquor at the dock area. I bring 2 or 3 bottles home each time we visit St. Maarten. I pack flattened liquor boxes from previous cruises in my luggage just for this purpose. Wrap each bottle individually in bubble wrap and duct tape. Suspend a bottle in a box and use some of our smaller clothing items between the bottle and box for added packing material. Close the boxes with duct tape and pack a box in the center of a suitcase with layers of clothing both above and below the boxes.

 

Haven't lost a drop of the precious liquor yet.
