Thinking about doing the Ryndam in 2010

I see that the Ryndam will be doing 7 day cruises out of Tampa to the Western Caribbean. I know it is an older ship but it looks nice. Anyone have any opinions on this cruise schedule?

A couple of months ago I returned from the western Caribbean cruise on the Veendam (Ryndam's sister ship). My ports included Key West, Belize, Guatamala, and Costa Maya.

If you like the Caribbean, and don't mind it hot and humid, then I would recommend the cruise.

I love the ship---and have loved the Ryndam, too. Although the Ryndam is older than many ships at sea, it is certainly not "old" for a ship. She's a lovely lady of the sea that I would be please to board right now.

I would highly recommend the Ryndam for a cruise. We spent 30 days on her in Jan/09. She is one classy lady!
