Carnival has nothing scheduled beyond 4/2010?

Has anyone noticed that Carnival has nothing scheduled beyond 4/2010? Hope Carnival isn't planning on pulling out of the area.

Surely not...it's my understanding that the ships out of Galveston sail FULL consistently! At least they've been full the 5 times we've sailed out of Galveston. Although, the economy may change the cruise business. That's interesting though.

Does anyone know why I can't find info. on any cruises leaving Galveston in the fall of 2010? At first, I thought I was looking too far out in the future, but at Carnival.com I can pick many other departure cities in Nov. 2010, but nothing for Galveston. Anyone have any info?

I looked on the Carnival website and there are several cities that currently have no cruises scheduled for that time period. So, I guess we'll wait and see what happens. Has anyone contacted Carnival yet?
