What happen to the "Loose before you cruise" thread on weightloss???

As impossible as it sounds, you don't have to gain weight on a cruise. We do the healthy breakfast and lunch thing then indulge a bit at dinner.

If you do that, choose only the really really good desserts  and get some exercise you should be fine.

I know this because we did it for the first time last cruise. :)

Perhaps spelling the word correctly ("Lose" instead of "Loose") will allow you to find the thread using the search feature?

Maybe they really did mean loose..... It would still fit under "fun stuff", and medical issues..., lifestyles..., ports of embarkation.... the sky is the limit!

Sorry, couldn't resist. This is the third time I have logged onto cc today and I just love reading all the posts! I am sure that I could stand to be a little loose before my cruise in July (ok maybe a lot!).;)
