Cruise Gift Certificates?

Does anyone know if RCCL or any other cruise line sells gift certificates

for cruises? Instead of purchasing a cruise for someone with an itenerary

that they might not like, or a time of the year that they might not be able

to sail. Purchase a gift certificate for a certain amount and they can pay

the difference of the cruise price. This could be a nice Christmas gift.

The way it's been done for and by me is to get a GC from the travel agent for whatever dollar amount you desire. Then the person can use it on whatever cruise line/ship, etc. they desire.
