Xcaret

We visited Xcaret on our cruise over Thanksgiving and while it IS beautiful, I recommend NOT going because you do NOT have enough time (at least we didn't) to see the park! We were on Grand Princess and docked in Coz about 10:00 a.m. and it was noon before we got to the park (ferry ride was ok but if you're prone to ANY seasickness, take precautions!!). We had to meet our guide by 3:45 p.m. so we had less than 4 hours there. We paid $99 each (no lunch/drinks included) and would not do it again. Save that trip for a land based package from Cancun or Playa del Carmen!! Enjoy Cozumel!!!

I agree - to completely enjoy XCaret you need to be there all day. We enjoyed our time but it was very rushed and we didn't get to see much of the park after doing the lazy river. If your ship docks in Calica or if you depart Cozumel at midnight then you will have time to enjoy the park. Otherwise keep it for a land-based vacation.
