RCCL Pres & CEO April 29

I hope our board members will take this opportunity to address the reduction of benefits that RCCL initiated the past few months.

 

I HOPE they do too.

 

My letter to R.C.C.L. and, Mr. Goldstein got me

a pre-printed response with the OLD changes

before the extension to September...

 

It is worthless to write them

and, just get and pre-printed letter from

some functionary in the office.

 

Basically, the letter did not say much.

Our cruising friends also wrote.

At least they called them...but, had NO SYMPATHY. :mad:

I got 2 personal letters from some customer service person who honestly didn't even read my email to them.

 

I'm such a valued customer... I sure don't feel like it.

 

Why not change the rules so the Suite guests don't go to the CL?

They may be there for their only cruise and never come back while loyal people are left to hold the bag.
