Carnival Splendor in Cabo

It is said it is due to technical problems. But I think the true that seems to be floating around is that Carnival has canceled all Mexican port calls and they have to atleast port in another country to satisfy the Jones act before it heads north. I think.

You are correct. According to Wennfred, who is live on Splendor now, they are heading back north. (San Diego) They had to stop in Cabo to satisfy the Jones Act.
