I am looking to book the Christmas Carousal on the Island Escape. Has anyone been on this cruise and does anyone know how Christmas is celebrated on the ship? We have cruised with Royal Carribean before and know that this ship looks a little dated, but the staff and other passengers are really friendly. Any advice please:)

I can't comment on the cruise itinerary, but we loved the ship last year and as you can see from my signature we've booked her again for December with our 2 sons.

Till Thomsons took her over completely at the beginning of the year she was half owned by RCI

I actually nursed a lady this week who'd been on her too and she and her hubby loved her too.

I'm actually looking forward more to going on her in Dec. than the RCI cruise next month
