Horseback Riding in Cozumel?

This site has been great in helping us plan our excursions on our upcoming cruise. Per the recommendations of some really cool people on these message boards, we have booked a day with Phil in Ocho Rios, and a day with Bryan in Grand Cayman. This leaves only Cozumel - and we would like to go horseback riding if possible. So can anyone recommend a company in Cozumel where we could book such an adventure? The kind of tour where they let you run the horses a little bit would be preferred.
