Are HAL balcony cabins the biggest?

It seems like they offer the most space for the dollar. What is your experience?

I can't say they're the biggest ... I don't know. But we were amazed at the difference when we had a regular verandah cabin on HAL after sailing Princess. The added space was quite noticeable.

I can't say anything about other lines, but I know we loved our connecting VEs on Westerdam in March. Unfortunately we're pretty spoiled and not sure if we could ever go "down" to an inside or outside, or just wait longer, save a few more pennies, and go for the VE again. Not that the outside and VE cabins are actually that far apart pricewise, but we were just spoiled by our VEs.
