OBC refund

Recommended Posts

Our May 14th cruise has been changed from Cozumel to Grand Cayman.

Somewhere i thought i read because of the difference in port charges between the two ports that we would have an on board credit.

'Did anyone else find this

or i'm i dreamin'

Thanks

CoCo

Most of the time the $20 OBC is IF a port is eliminated completely. (not replaced)

Since your port was replaced, there probably will not be an OBC involved.

As LHP stated they are just replacing your port with another so there would be no OBC, I believe that Grand Cayman taxes are higher than Cozumel so be thankful Carnival is not asking for more money

You will enjoy Grand Cayman, its a lovely port

Yes, not to "hi-jack" but on our cruise, we are set to receive $50 OBC per person. When and how do we get this? Is it just automatically applied to our SS Card?

It will be applied to your S&S card on the first day of the trip - that's a few drinks :)
