Concierge Question for Enchantment

Does anyone know who the current concierge is for Enchantment. Is Julian still there?

Julian has been gone for some time. We were on the cruise that brought the Enchantment back from Panama. The concierge was Diego.... sorry, don't remember his last name. He didn't sing, but was a very nice guy!!!!!

Oh that is a shame loved to listen to Julian sing! Looking forward to meeting Diego though.

Personally, I won't miss him although he is a wonderful young man. Prefer a concierge who takes care of passengers rather than sing. I rather visit with the new friends I find in CL. Just one man's opinion.

I was not personally impressed with the service or lack of service he provided. Thought maybe it was because i was with a gay friend of mine. So looking forward to meeting diego!

Diego Tripaldi was the Concierge on the Splendor two years ago while we were on a cruise around Italy. He was excellent. No singing, just top notch service.

We were on the repositioning cruise in April, Diego was fabulous, everyone seemed to enjoy his friendly service. They did have the Viking Crown open in the evenings, but we used the concierge lounge as our cabin was next door.:) We were on this ship in '08 with Julien who was also wonderful.:)
