Help with Website

I'm still having a problem with the website. It shows me living in the UK not the US so I'm not able to sign in and everything is is euro and/or GBP. I've e-mailed the help desk but thought maybe one of you computer experts out there may be able to help me. It's getting a little unnerving not being able to sign in. My cruise personalizer is fine. We've tried downloading another browsers but that didn't work either.

This kind of error is in the database and/or the software. For instance, you may have the correct data in the Captain's Circle database, but the bookings database is separate and has not been synchronized. We have encountered a similar problem in the past, and the only way to get it resolved is to phone Princess directly and then to get the booking or CC database corrected. They will usually have to take a day or two after the request is received to implement the change (many databases in the computer industry are updated at non-prime hours to avoid congestion and delays). A nice "I've got a problem, can you help me..." question gets a great response, and remember it may have to be asked of either booking or Captain's Circle representative, as these are separate functions.

Good Luck,

Thank you for your help. That sounds liked a great idea and I will give it a shot tomorrow.
