Seattle wine country tasting/touring recommendations

The Saturday before our cruise, my DW and I will be staying in Bothell, and are planning to do wine tours/tastings in the Bothell/Woodinville area. We'll have a rental car, and have set aside the whole day for this purpose. The only places we want to go for sure are Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia.

Anyone have any experience with the smaller wineries in the area? What places make good wine, or have great tours and tasting rooms? Anywhere to avoid, from your past experiences? I think we'll probably do 3-4 locations in the AM, take a long lunch break to stay sober and be responsible, and then hit another 4 in the afternoon. We're planning to go to Red Hook in the evening to cap off a great day of sampling beer and wine.

Thanks for your ideas! I love these boards...
