Rci fleet drink prices .

Recommended Posts

This is a quote from the Cruise Critic news page.

"Royal Caribbean which has just signed up Independence of the Seas to sail year-round from Southampton in 2010, also has confidence in Europe. Jo Rzymowska, general manager and associate vice president for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in the U.K. and Ireland, says, "U.K. cruisers who face the unfriendly rate of the pound against the euro are finding that the onboard dollar currency makes for an easier-to-swallow exchange rate, and so their holiday pound goes further. "

Is Jo Rzymowska on this planet! Or just so out of touch with his customers. Come on bring down your drink prices in line with P&O.

Jo is a "HER" not a "HIS"....................

  • 2 weeks later...

Just read on another site that the prices of beer etc are being reduced on the IOS as of this weekend (or this current cruise). It was posted by someone who had got off a couple of days ago and said as an example the pint of beer had reduced to $6.50. I hadn't seen it anywhere on here, but maybe someone can confirm this.

Since when have the Baltic States been in Europe.

Stop make excuses for this continuing rip off.

I think since forever or thereabouts

Estonia

Russia

Scandinavia

Berlin

which is where the traditional Baltic cruises all go to are all part of Europe.

I think the point being made was that they are not all in the EU, therefore the ship officially goes 'abroad', and prices should be duty free.
