question about bed

I took cruises before, but this is my first Carnival cruise. To all experienced carnival cruisers, can you please tell me how is the beds and pillows? Also, I would appreciate any information you could give me about Carnival. I'm going on the Fascination. I have an outside room.

The OV will be 185 s.f. and have one square window.

 

The beds used to be sleep comfort beds, but lately I had a harder mattress as have others, Carnival seems to be changing out those wonderfull mattresses for cheaper ones. More like ones on other cruise lines.

I like them so much I am going to purchase a Carnival Comort Bed and all the bedding. We purchased a new matress set about 3 years ago but after sleeping on the CCB I really hate my mattress set-so that purchase will be made soon.

Last fall we slept on the Freedom for a 12 day Mediterranean cruise. We slept like babies. LOVED the beds and pillows!!!
