Sam D. Posted May 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 18, 2009 Hi, I have been looking for postings about which nights are formal/elegant. I think the first one is the first full sea day and that it is the Captain's Welcome Party. I have read varying days of the week, etc about the second night. Could any of you recent cruisers provide some input? Hope you all had a great time on the Miracle. She was our first cruise in 2005 and we will be celebrating my Son's wedding with family & friends this September. Thanks, Sandy

Thanks, Sandy They are always on the 1st full day and then 2 days before you get off on a 7 day. So if the ship leaves on Sat then formal night would be Sun and Thurs. Sun depart would be Mon and Fri.
