sarahuk Posted December 10, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Has anyone flown world traveller plus. The legroom is an extra 7 ins. Is it worth the extra money?
Jane110 Posted December 11, 2004 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2004 Sarahuk, I forget product names, but if you're talking about BA's premium economy class, then yes, I think it's worth the extra money. That 7 inches of foot room, along w/ a more comfortable seat and first choice of meals (coach meals but you get first pick so they won't be out of your choice) makes the whole experience a lot more civilized. Globaliser Posted December 30, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2004 Is it worth the extra money? It depends how much extra money. For myself, I would happily pay £150 extra each way across the Atlantic, and £200 is reasonable value. For a long-haul flight (ie over 12 hours) I might push that to £250 extra each way, but not a lot more than that. Although this is coming from someone who has no problems sleeping for hours on end in a standard economy seat. I have described the product in this post and this post, which you might find helpful.
