I forget product names, but if you're talking about BA's premium economy class, then yes, I think it's worth the extra money.

 

That 7 inches of foot room, along w/ a more comfortable seat and first choice of meals (coach meals but you get first pick so they won't be out of your choice) makes the whole experience a lot more civilized.

Is it worth the extra money?
It depends how much extra money. For myself, I would happily pay £150 extra each way across the Atlantic, and £200 is reasonable value. For a long-haul flight (ie over 12 hours) I might push that to £250 extra each way, but not a lot more than that. Although this is coming from someone who has no problems sleeping for hours on end in a standard economy seat.
