I am sailing on this cruise, too. I found some information about the Travel Inn in Manhattan. It seemed reasonably priced, not sure about car parking for the cruise. The website is travelinnhotel.com.

I would be interested in parking, but from what I have heard, port parking is the cheapest and I haven't seen anyone post about a hotel letting you leave your car during the cruise.
