In a nutshell Lepisto is saying that 2009 has been a very good year with 97% occupancy rate, but still are facing tough times. The fact that they were lauched just after 911 they will weather the economic storm. They are looking at a shorter booking window, and are preparing for a 15% charter business in 2010, a drop from 30% this year. They feel that they will be back to 30% by 2011.

Thanks, Dan. We all hope our favorite way to spend a week prospers (as long as they dont sell too many tickets to kiddies). I think SD will do ok. We have one booked and would like to do another in the Spring.
