Meds in Grand Cayman

Hey guys,

I am on the Inspiration 6/1 for the 5 day cruise. We will not get to go to Coz, but we will make the best of GCayman. Quick question:

I usually buy Ibuprofen 800 and Retin A in Cozumel. Does anyone know if I can do the same in GC without a Script?

I read one entry that said yes. Anyone else have info?

I don't believe you can get it there. The only places I have been so far and found them is Mexico and either St martin or St thomas (don't remember which)

Wouldn't it be St. Martin as St. Thomas is USA and goverened by our rules?
