Thanks Robert The only limitation is the x-ray machine that all hand luggage has to go through. This is the same size as those at the airport where your hand luggage has to go through. If so, you may be able to arrange something with P&O if you give them a call. If you are just asking in general, I dont think they would allow it. If you are just asking in general, I dont think they would allow it. yes you can there would be no reson why you could not carry on a suit case for medical, if you put it though as normal laggage it is most likly to get demaged.
