Off Topic: Summer Interview Suit

Sorry, I know this has nothing to do with cruise fashion but the ladies on this board have been so helpful with fashion in the past so I was hoping to get an opinion on something. I will be interviewing for physician assistant positions this summer in Texas. I was wondering if, given the hot weather, it is appropriate to wear short sleeve suit jacket. Here are pics of the suit. Obviously I would wear pantyhose and closed toe pump (most likely taupe, beige or brown).

Chopstix, I live in Texas not far from you, and also work around PA's...that suit will be perfect.
