Smartypants72 Posted May 30, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2009 I see for the youngest age group you receive a pager if your child participates in camp Carnival. What about the next age group up 6-8. Do you get a pager? If not how do they contact you if there is an issue?
crusinmama06 Posted May 30, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2009 You're right, they don't give them for that age group. I don't know if they think they don't need them or what. I guess if there was a true emergency, they would page you. As it is now, I check in OFTEN with my child who is in that age group ;) She always waves me away...but I still like to check in. You can rent a DECT phone onboard (Purser's Desk), they are $25. Then leave your number with them in case of emergency or if she just wants to leave. It acts like a cell phone onboard but it's programmed with the ships numbers.
Smartypants72 Posted May 30, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted May 30, 2009 Thanks Michele! I'm not expecting any problems it would just be nice to be paged if he was extremely bored and ready to get out of there. But will check in often like you mentioned.
