I have been perscribed marijuana by a medical doctor, will carnival allow me to bring it on board if I persent my perscription and license from my state?

Your prescription may be invalid out of your home state. Not all states allow medical use of marijuana and possession of it even with a valid prescription at home may be a criminal offense where you are traveling.

 

You also have to consider federal laws that will prohibit you from bringing it back home.

 

As has been mentioned you need to consult an attorney or maybe multiple attorneys including those who specialize in criminal law.

thank you all for trying to help, My doctor suggested that I just double up on my vicoden and take that instead. I really don't like that idea as it's bad on my liver, but maybe just for the week. Easier I guess.

I very seriously doubt they will let you bring it. Just make sure you contact carnival and find out. If they say its ok get it in writing and carry it with you at all times.
