i need some help looking for anyone that has the recipe for RCL's lamb shanks, i know its a weird request but my DW love's them and wants me to try to recreate them :)

First of all you start with up to 3200 Lamb shanks and a very large oven, get back to me if you can do that, and I will provide the rest of the details.
