I got the same notice. I did have an excursion planned for Costa Maya, so I relayed on the info. I'm sure that I can still get it in. It was only 5 1/2 hours in duration. Nancy

But why only from Nov 15 to April 4??? Wouldnt they fix it within the next 5 1/2 months???

From Nov. 2007 thru Nov.2008 yard period the Spirit operated with one engine-- the Carib itinerary was changed more than once --some ports were missed that is why I asked-- I sent an e-mail to the CEO today and got a phone call back from his office telling me the Spirit had no mechanical problems which drove this schedule change.

it took over a year to fix it last year--new parts and a wait for a scheduled dry dock.

But the wait from what I know was mostly because of special parts that had to be made.
